Romance plots

I am Aromantic and I won't just do a romance plot without thinking through it first. I have never done one on WCO before so when I do it will likely be with a character I have already invested a lot of time in and with RPer(s) who also care about and develop their character(s).

I will not participate in the following plots:

- Mentor/Apprentice, Kit/Apprentice, Warrior/Apprentice, Kit/Warrior, as well as any and all with significant age gaps

- Very abusive plots

- Polyamorous Relationships with too many cats in it (I do not have the brainpower for that)

Notes on other plots:

- I will not do Love triangles in the way in which it tends to be done in movies, that is to say, one character who can't choose between two options. If I do love triangles it will be resolved without fights and likely either with polyamory or my character dropping out of the whole thing

- Cheating plots are not ones I'm too comfortable with and would like to avoid unless we properly discuss it through beforehand

- If they are any even slightly abusive themes in the relationships and will need to follow WCO guidelines and be exclusively RP'ed in private threads where we can put clear Trigger Warnings. If I ever include anything like that in a plot I will have to do a lot of research beforehand as well as discuss the plot properly before it starts.

 

Personally, I have no issues with your characters having crushes on mine and you do not need to ask permission* as long as they are appropriate, but a message about it would still be nice just so I know. But be aware that my characters will not reciprocate any feelings, and I would like to avoid any perceptions of romantic feelings unless we've talked over it. 

*Unless decided upon, I would prefer your characters don't have romantic feelings for mine if they're friends and there is a risk one of them gets uncomfortable/hurt over the situation. I do friendships because I want wholesome and developed relations for my characters as well as keep them happy, as will generally prefer a healthy friendship over a romantic one
